Dostum SMS — Refund Policy

How refunds work for Dostum SMS. The free tier is free; paid tiers, when offered, follow the rules below.

Effective date: 29 April 2026

1. Free tier

Dostum SMS offers a free tier with no charges. There is nothing to refund. If you experience a problem with the free tier, please contact support@dostumamigo.com — we will do our best to help.

2. Paid tier (when available)

Premium subscriptions, when offered, are billed through Google Play Billing. We honour refund requests under the following conditions:

(a) Within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked.

(b) Within 48 hours of an annual renewal, no questions asked.

(c) Outside these windows, refunds are at our discretion and reviewed case-by-case based on usage and billing history.

3. How to request a refund

For Play-Store-billed purchases under 48 hours old: use Google Play's self-service refund process at support.google.com/googleplay/workflow/9827184.

For older purchases or for billing questions: email support@dostumamigo.com with your order number, the date of charge, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. What's NOT refundable

(a) Charges processed by your phone carrier or by Google Play after applicable refund windows have passed.

(b) Damage caused by misuse, third-party app conflicts, or OEM battery management beyond our control.

(c) Messages that did not arrive due to your carrier's roaming policy or SMS-blocking on the destination email.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including (where applicable) the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
