The general terms governing the use of this website, our services, and the mobile apps published by Dostum Amigo SLU.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at dostumamigo.com, the services we provide, and the mobile applications we publish under the Dostum Amigo brand. The website and services are operated by Dostum Amigo SLU — full legal name DOSTUM AMIGO SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA, CIF B6188499 — registered in Spain, with registered office at Calle Princesa Teguise (Pto. del Carmen) 27, 35572 Tías, Las Palmas, Spain.

By using this website, engaging us for services, or installing one of our apps, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to:

  • IT services we provide.
  • Software development work, including custom platforms, dashboards and integrations.
  • Automation work, including workflow design, integrations and operations support.
  • Mobile apps we publish, including (but not limited to) SMS Forwarder.
  • The Dostum Amigo website itself.

Specific projects may be governed by an additional written agreement. Where there is a conflict between such an agreement and these general Terms, the project-specific agreement prevails.

3. IT services, software development and automation

For paid engagements (IT, software, automation, web), the scope, deliverables, timeline and price are set out in a project-specific proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • We perform services with reasonable skill and care.
  • The client is responsible for accurate inputs (specs, access, content) needed to deliver the work.
  • Intellectual property in deliverables transfers as defined in the project agreement, typically after full payment.
  • Third-party tools (libraries, services) used in deliverables remain governed by their own licences.

4. Mobile apps published by Dostum Amigo SLU

Apps such as SMS Forwarder are published by Dostum Amigo SLU and made available through app stores like Google Play. By installing or using one of our apps, you agree to:

  • Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the relevant per-app documentation.
  • The privacy policy specific to that app — see, for example, SMS Forwarder privacy policy.
  • The app-store terms (Google Play, Apple App Store) under which you obtained the app, in addition to these Terms.

5. App-store terms

Apps obtained through Google Play are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google's developer policies. Apps that we later publish on the Apple App Store will additionally be subject to Apple's standard end-user licence agreement and store terms. Where required, those store terms take precedence over these general Terms in respect of the distribution and licensing of the app itself.

6. Responsible use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website, services or apps to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the operation of our systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy or redistribute our apps or deliverables except as expressly permitted.
  • Use SMS Forwarder, or any forwarding capability, to intercept communications you are not authorised to access.

7. Support limits

For free apps, support is provided on a best-effort basis through the documented support channels (email and the website's support pages). Response times are not guaranteed for free apps. For paid services, support and SLA terms are defined in the relevant project agreement.

8. Disclaimers

The website and free apps are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the website or apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities. Where the law gives consumers non-waivable rights — including under Spanish and EU consumer-protection law — those rights are not affected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dostum Amigo SLU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of our website, free apps or services. For paid engagements, liability is governed by the relevant project agreement and is generally capped at the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, the "Dostum Amigo" name and brand assets, and the apps we publish — is owned by or licensed to Dostum Amigo SLU and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website and apps for their intended purposes; any other use requires our written permission.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page indicates when the latest changes were made. Material changes affecting your rights will be flagged when reasonably possible.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the registered office of Dostum Amigo SLU, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that grant you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
